In this show, singer and tv host Marie-Ève Janvier decides to completely renovate a small house out of town. The fact that she had little or no experience was a small detail. Fortunately, she did have the good sense to get a visionary contractor and a talented designer to join her in creating the ideal home for her small family. The goal was ultimately to persuade her husband and children to move in, despite their reluctance to relocate. Garage, basement, main staircase, landscaping, family space...everything was rethought and redone as she and her partners put their creative talents to the test. Whether husband and children will love the result enough to call it home is the big question.
