André Larin

André Larin has been working in television for over 45 years. He began his career in 1961 at Radio-Canada, where he worked as an administrator in international relations, public affairs and eventually in news. In 1979, he went to work for another public broadcaster, Radio-Québec, first as executive assistant to the vice president for programming and later as director of finance and administration. After returning to Radio-Canada in 1988, he headed programming operations for the French network, as well as budget and resource management. He was later named vice president of development and programming at Cogéco Radio-Télévision. In January 1994, he moved into the private sector when he was named president-director general of Coscient, which later became part of Motion International. In 2000, André Larin, Michel Bissonnette, Vincent Leduc and Paul Dupont-Hébert established ZONE3. André Larin occupied the post of President. In January, 2009, he was named chairman of the board and remains an executive producer with the company.

Michel Bissonnette began his career in 1989 in advertising at the firm Publicis BCP, where he worked as head of accounts. Later, he moved over into television, joining TVA as its general director of communications (1993 - 1995) and general director of creation (1995 - 1996). He joined Videotron as vice president of marketing. In 1998, Michel returned to his advertising roots at Publicis BCP as vice president and general director, product development. A year later, he returned to television and became executive vice president, business development and commercialization at Motion International. In 2000, Michel Bissonnette and three others founded ZONE3 Inc. Michel was named vice president, creation and executive producer for nine years before becoming president in January 2009.
Vincent Leduc

With over 25 years of experience in television, Vincent Leduc has developed a broad expertise in distribution, production and management of investment entities. A lawyer by training, Vincent Leduc has occupied a series of senior positions including assistant director of marketing with the Société générale du cinéma du Québec, director of overseas production and acquisitions with Société Radio-Canada and general director for programming at Télévision Quatre Saisons. He was the executive vice president of entertainment and documentaries at Motion International. In 2000, he co-founded ZONE3 and became its vice president, production and executive producer.
Brigitte Lemonde

Brigitte Lemonde is a veteran of the television industry. While working for Société Radio-Canada, she occupied a number of key positions in the areas of culture/variety, communications and production, before being named head of cultural and variety programming in 1999 until she left in 2004.
When she joined ZONE3 in 2004, Brigitte was named director general, recordings and live performance, before becoming vice president of the division in 2008. She and her team have worked on a number of projects for the stage including DRACULA, LES 7, SHILVI, CABARET, FRANCIS CABREL and many others) and live performance (Marc Hervieux, Pascale Picard, Martin Deschamps, Claude Dubois, Catherine Durand and others).
Brigitte is also the producer of the cooking series À LA DI STASIO. In 2009, Brigitte reached a turning point in her career when she was named Zone3’s vice president for television development.
Luc Benoit, CA

Luc Benoit is responsible for the financial management of ZONE3, and works to improve internal management systems. Before joining ZONE3 in 2002, he was the financial director and vice president, finance and administration at Motion International and My Virtual Model. A chartered accountant with a bachelor in administration, Luc Benoit has worked in the field of accounting for almost 12 years with the firm Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, one of the leading chartered accountancy firms in Quebec.

Isabelle-Anouk Bourduas joined ZONE3 in September 2008 to set up the company’s international division. She is responsible for the development and financing of international productions at ZONE3, as well as English-language Canadian productions. Previously, Isabelle-Anouk was director of production at Cineflix, as well as executive producer of documentary series such as AUSTIN STEVENS (Discovery Canada and HDNet US) and MEGA MOVES (Discovery and National Geographic USA). Isabelle-Anouk has also worked as a production supervisor at Cineflix. She managed shows such as MAYDAY, DOGS WITH JOBS, ZERO HOUR and BLASTER, among others. She also co-created the doc series THE BEAT (Citytv)

Michael Kronish

Michael Kronish joined ZONE3 in February 2009. Previously, Michael was a producer at Galafilm Productions between 2001 until his arrival at ZONE3. He is the creator and producer of the doc series THE BEAT for CityTV. He is also the creator and producer of all three seasons of the documentary series Webdreams (Showcase/Canal D). He was line producer on the Primetime Emmy and Gemini award winning TV series CIRQUE DU SOLEIL: FIRE WITHIN (Global/Bravo US/Artv) and the award winning documentary LOVESICK. He has also produced several music videos, dramatic shorts and wrote, directed and produced the film A SEASON OF CHANGE.
